Loading Reviews Emblem health is by far the worst health care insurance provider out there, they constantly deny claims and refuse to cover procedures that my doctors request. They have their own doctors who are paid for the sole purpose of denying approval of medical procedures. Good God. They can't even give me the mailing address to the Corporate HQ. If I were to be so incompetent at my job, I would be fired. I know that if I mail this letter to the CEO it will wind up on some underlings desk who will not give a damn about responding, nor will I get an appropriate answer to my question.

I have been fighting for a refund due to lapsed coverage for almost 6 months now. They are impossible to reach and when you do its a new person every single time. About a month ago he was trying to schedule an appointment for a yearly physical and was informed by his health provider that his insurance had been terminated, even though we have never missed a premium payment.
