I personally find Dragon 15 much more accurate than Dragon 13 right out of the box so I would get that version. Both Dragon Professional 15 and Dragon Home 15 do the advanced editing so you can hear your voice snippet when you are correcting mistakes , but Dragon Professional 15 gives you more control over custom vocabulary words.

Although I have both Dragon Home 15 and Dragon Professional 15, I use the professional version for my day-to-day writing, and only use the Home version when I write comparison reviews.
