She had the audacity to ADMIT other puppies were showing signs of kennel cough yet never once did i receive a phone call that my unvaccinated puppy may have contracted it. Our female animal will reach roughly 50lbs. You ignored us for days and then when I finally get sick of it you decide to reach out?

We asked about the new puppies and was told that they are seven weeks, pounds, just got altered, the day before and was being up for adoption the next day.

Those poor puppies went through all that before 8 weeks. I always thought they weren't weaned from their mother before 8 weeks and couldn't get fixed being that small. Excellent animal care facility. The pets are treated well with respect love and play. Most of the people who work there do it for free as a labor of love.

This humane society does not give refunds, I adopted 2 cats there but my own cats did not get along with them. Had to bring them back. I knew they didn't give refunds but I couldn't even exchange for other purchase, I was hoping I could use that credit to buy something else from them.

When I called to question why he was covered in ticks the rude old lady I spoke to told me it was because he was quarantined and they aren't allowed to care for him or touch him.

I understand that yes, but why put him somewhere he could get ticks. I asked her this and she told me he should've been up to date on his flea and tick medicine. I have to take him to the vet this week to see if he has any diseases from the 53 ticks I have pulled of of him since my girlfriend picked him up. We don't have ticks where we live and they should be held responsible if he has any diseases.

We found a dog we wanted and went back for a third time to introduce our dogs to the fellow we wanted as one of our family members. Our dogs sensed that she was not a person of good character.

I was determined to get the shepherd and it seemed seamless when that particular volunteer was not there. So we were so happy to get our new pet, got him home and as time went on realized that the dog is showing signs hip dysplasia. I called the vvhs to see if they had any medication to ease the pain until we could get the dog to the vet in two days and to get an exam voucher for the dog.
